Three Observations

Three Observations helps store managers and administrators run employee assessments and feedback. Managers design forms that adapt to each answer, administrators review completed submissions, and performance reports surface trends, areas for improvement and achievements.

The problem, the people, the product.

What it does

A web app for creating, publishing and analysing custom observation forms used in employee assessments and store visits.

Who it serves

Store managers who observe and assess their teams, and administrators who review submissions and track performance.

The problem

Assessments were inconsistent and hard to analyse, with no simple way to tailor a form to each situation or to turn completed forms into insight.

My contribution

Built the web front end: the form builder with branching logic, published and draft form management, submissions review, reports and spreadsheet export.
